You have the choice of either rear- or four-wheel drive. The standard engine is a 3.6-liter V6—305 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque—with eTorque and automatic stop/start and paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Options include a 5.7-liter V8—395 hp and 410 lb.-ft.—with or without eTorque and a turbocharged 3.0-liter diesel V6: 260 hp and 480 lb.-ft.
Tradesman Trim
The Tradesman is the most affordable of the 2024 Ram 1500 trim levels in Salina and provides everything that the typical fleet customer needs. Laramie Trim
The Laramie is the well-equipped of the 2024 Ram 1500 trim levels and the best-selling model at Marshall Motor Company. It upgrades the exterior with 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome bumpers, additional chrome trim, LED headlamps and fog lamps. Inside, you’ll find leather upholstery, front seating that is heated, ventilated and power-adjustable, a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 60/40-split folding rear seat, additional interior storage, a 10-speaker audio system with satellite radio and in-cabin Wi-Fi. Other notable features include an 8.4-inch touch screen, connected services and forward collision warning with automatic braking.
Limited Longhorn Trim
The Limited Longhorn—often just called the Longhorn—comes with 20-inch wheels, upgraded LED automatic high-beam headlamps, rain-sensing windshield wipers, side steps, in-bed lighting, a spray-in bedliner and a power tailgate release. It shares some similarities with the Tradesman HFE, such as the larger wheels and more comfortable interior, but is available with all cab and powertrain options. The Rebel is an off-road-oriented pickup. It comes standard with four-wheel drive and is only available with the crew cab and short bed. It has a lifted and off-road-tuned suspension, tow hooks, hill descent control and an electronic locking rear differential and is otherwise equipped like the Laramie.
